Vault Hunters Pt1

Vault Hunters is a pack made for 1.16.5 found in Curseforge!
Link: Modpack Link
A simply amazing rpg pack with some famous mods such as:
-Create
-Mekanism
-Storage Drawers
-JEI
-Supplementaries and many more!

The whole idea behind the pack is vaults!
Random dungeons that can be entered via using a completed vault crystal on a basalt portal frame!

How to play the pack?

For Starters, you must finish the "vanilla" stuff like acquiring diamond gear, an enchanting table some villagers would be nice to help with getting things easier done.
Then, going to the End and killing the dragon.
While you are there though be sure to grab some purpur as you need them to craft a Vault Altair (or Vaultar).

If you have gone mining before that you may find a new strange ore called Vault rock ore.
This is important to get tons because using one on a Vaultar 4 random items will roll.
When you throw each item on the altair and give it a redstone signal it will give you a vault crystal which then can be used to open a vault!

What are Vaults?

Vaults are randomly generated dungeon rooms with loot, mobs and obelisks.
Obelisks are basically touch-to-complete pillaroids, they appear over your abilities GUI on the player's screen.
Each vault can give positive or negative traits like:
- Difficult (+ More difficulty)
-Stronk (Player deals more damage)
-Hunger (Player has a constant hunger debuff)
-Lucky (Chests are not trapped)

There are many more traits you can get when entering a vault which will pop up in chat.

*Obelisks are randomly generated in each room and can be from 1 up to 8 (ore more).

There can also be a item scavenge hunt, in which you have to kill mobs to get certain items and dump those said items in a chest (unique than all other lootable chests).

Or a vault can be locked which means you can't bail out, you have to finish all requirements and fjght the boss.

Loot, weapons and armour will be mentioned in later posts!

Modpack and NPC WAR

The modpack I am making is a modpack based on something I was always in search of. Quests, adventure, magic and tech! It mainly uses custom npcs mod as it's main core, for other npcs and such. Furthermore many of the textures (used in custom npcs mod) that you will see are not mine. They were made by NPC WAR. His youtube channel can be found here: NPC'S WAR Youtube Channel The textures I used are here (both in old and new format): NPC'S WAR Custom Skins In this pack you will find: - Custom made biomes from a simple desert to the scary blackstone lands! - A huge variety of npcs in almost every village! - A lot of quests for basic survival, leveling and map related! - Tons of weapons and armor to choοse from! - Many different shops in each area ranging from tool smiths to an exp eater! - A big variety of building styles, block matching and detail to the last block! - The trading system if used correctly, lots of profit can be made from each shop! - Every hostile npc has drop...

Config Changing

Since we talked about  changing  recipes to your liking. Many mods when added into Minecraft create a config file containing item and block ids,  or mechanics and other stuff  related to each mod. For the people who don't know: Config files can be found here: In  the  windows bar: Type %appdata%. Open Minecraft's directory. Open the Config folder. There should cfg files for each mod that you have  added. CFG files can be opened with a simple text editor or  Notepad ++. They are very easy to change as many of  the things in a config file have a true or false in the end. Meaning: You add a mod  that adds new  blocks in  the game. You want  to change some ids along with a hardening difficulty the  mod adds. You will open and find the mod's config file (see above), open the mod's config. Find the id's you want to change and the line with the  difficulty. In  the end if it  says true change it to fals...

The Future of Infinity Stones and more...

Infinity Stones as of now is currently available in 1.12.2 alone... Well, that changes as it will be in 1.16.5 too! With some slight changes such as: - For starters the name of the mod: Revamped Infinity Base! - A cleaner base on weapons as durability and their crafting recipes are stabilized. - Decorative blocks can be crafted by placing an ingot in the stone cutter. Simple as that! - New weapons and equipment will be available by using addons (not out yet)! - Tabs are clean as of the 1.12.2 version so will the new version be. Some pics for you to see what's coming!
